Holistic Psychotherapy for Individuals and Couples in Santa Cruz
Hello and welcome
My name is Jemma Moss and I am a Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist located in Santa Cruz, California. I offer therapy for pregnant and postpartum mothers, couples and parents, and people struggling to navigate life’s many challenges and transitions.
My approach to therapy is rooted in a depth psychology, meaning that I help my clients explore what might be going on beneath the surface of their lives and psyches to get to the root of what is actually unfolding in your life. I believe that healing happens when you can accept and be with your feelings rather than fighting or ignoring them. Your emotions and your “symptoms” all have meaning and I am here to help you listen to your inner world to help you find a road map to healing.
I work with clients virtually throughout California and, upcoming, in person at my office in Santa Cruz. Reach out today by calling me at 831-216-6388 or submitting a form below to schedule a brief consultation where I can answer any questions and we can decide together whether I would be a good fit to help you.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
